Perform scheduled maintenance for underground mobile mining equipment, and keep equipment service records
Using schematics, ladder diagrams, manufacturers’ manuals, also verbal recommendations and instruction from companies engineering
Utilizing multi-meters and or other test equipment to diagnose electrically related vehicle system malfunctions to identify the root cause
Upload, download and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs and other related software
Replace modules, relays, contactors, transformers, SSR’s, lamps, switches, cable assemblies and etc. as may be required to correct and prevent future occurrence of the failure.
Repair cable assemblies, terminating same with various types of crimp on and solder connectors.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and efficiency
Perform data entry into various database systems
Develop and provide clear and concise reports to document results and compliance
Travel to various locations across Ontario
