Join our team in the dynamic field of surface open pit mining! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (HDET) to contribute to our operations in Northern Ontario.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty mining equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance.
 Schedule as per campsite

Work Experience

  • Proven experience in surface open pit mining operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a remote campsite environment.

Education \ Certification

  • Valid Red Seal certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician.
  • Valid driver’s license

Wages \ Terms of Employment

  • Up to $52.00 per hour based on experience
  • Overtime paid after 8 hours daily
  • All expenses covered by the employer.
  • Opportunity for a permanent position based on performance.
